  • Complete succession planning for retiring staff and evaluate departmental organizational structures

  • Pursue implementation of Hispanic Advisory Council or Liaison

  • Investigate technological improvement in all departments

    • Portable internet for the Library

    • Increase the percentage of use of e-bills (encourage with incentive)

Dog Licensing

Did you know?

  • The Milton-Freewater Municipal Code Requires Dog Licensing for all dogs over six (6) months of age
  • The maximum number of adult dogs allowed at any residence is three (3)
  • Boarding and Breeding Operations/Kennels are not allowed within the Cityof Milton-Freewater
  • A valid Rabies vaccination is required to purchase a dog license.

  • You can be cited for failure to comply with the City Code
