EMERGENCY COMMUNICATIONS SPECIALIST

Position:                   FULL-TIME EMERGENCY COMMUNICATIONS SPECIALIST

                                   

Salary:                       Entry Level Pay Range $19.69 – 23.95 per hour.

Bilingual incentive pay is an additional 5%.

Lateral pay based on Oregon DPSST certification level.

Due to circumstances caused by the Covid 19 shut down we realize that many of our customers are or will be facing financial hardship. State of Oregon 2020 Flood Recovery Relief Fund

A cooperative effort between the City of Milton-Freewater, Blue Mountain Community Foundation and the Milton-Freewater Ministerial Association.

General Information

A grant has been procured from the State of Oregon to assist in the costs of the repair to primary residents and attached curtilage damaged in the February 2020 flood of the Walla Walla River (including the north and south forks) and the Oregon side of Mill Creek.

The City Council for the City of Milton Freewater has announced that the City will be implementing two programs to aid our citizens and business owners in the wake of COVID-19 economic impacts.

Utility bill assistance for small businesses of less than 25 employees grant to aid our business community affected by state and federal mandated pandemic restrictions

In response to the recent Covid-19 pandemic, the City of Milton-Freewater is offering utility bill assistance for small businesses of less than 25 employees grant to aid our business community affected by state and federal mandated pandemic restrictions.  The grant will be a credit for the City of Milton-Freewater utilities (sewer, water, solid waste and electric) charges on account for a total maximum of $1,000 per business.  Criteria are as follows:
