2021 Leaf Collection has ended.

The City of Milton-Freewater is seeking interested contractors to submit a bid proposal to complete a city-wide leak detection survey for the City’s water system.  The City’s water system includes 39.5 miles of main lines and approximately 2,375 water services.  After the survey is completed, the City requires a leak detection report specifying the location and estimated rate for detected leaks.

Thursday, Sept 30, 2021, CenturyLink is experiencing phone issues again. It sounds like another fiber line was cut. The City phone lines are down, including our 911 lines. If a citizen calls 911 they will reach Umatilla County Dispatch in Pendleton. UCSO will take the info and call us on our dispatch phone #541.215.5985. If a citizen needs to reach us they can also call that number.
