The City of Milton-Freewater seeks sealed proposals from qualified contractors to provide construction services for a new Police Department and Dispatch Center. The 15,156 square feet site is located at 716 S. Columbia Street across from the City Courthouse and Public Library. The project consists of a new single story 7,780 square feet building. Site improvements include a new alley access with parking, a secure fence yard, and public right of way improvements.
A highly encouraged, but non-mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held on July 27th, 2022 at 10:30 AM. The meeting will take place in the Albee Room at the Milton-Freewater Public Library located at 8 SW 8th Ave. Questions regarding this invitation to bid may be directed to Kathleen Strigle at FFA Architecture and Interiors: kstrigle@ffadesign.com.
Sealed Bids for the described Project will be received by the City of Milton-Freewater, at 722 S. Main, Milton-Freewater, OR 97862, until 2:00pm, local time, August 18th, 2022 at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read
