The City of Milton-Freewater is seeking interested contracting firms to submit a proposal accompanied by a list of pertinent qualifications for the preparation and resurfacing of the existing swimming pool surface with commercial quartz finish as well as any necessary expansion joint remediation and tile repair work. Work shall include all necessary preparation and application of surface material and include new inlet circulation fittings, Virginia Graeme Baker Pool and Spa Safety Act main drain covers, entrance step marker tile and one new hydrostatic relief valve. All warranties must be specified on the proposal.

Sealed proposals are due to be submitted to Brian Steadman Public Works Department, 501 Lamb Street, PO Box 6, Milton-Freewater, OR 97862 no later than 1:00 p.m. on October 27, 2020 and thereafter will be publicly opened and read aloud. Proposers are solely responsible for meeting this deadline.
