The City of Milton-Freewater, Oregon is seeking interested firms to submit a design and proposal to replace an existing wastewater lift station. Responses must be sealed and addressed to the City of Milton-Freewater, Attn: Brian Steadman, Public Works Superintendent and will be accepted by the Public Works Department, 501 Lamb Street, PO Box 6, Milton-Freewater, OR 97862 before December 22, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. local time Proposers are solely responsible for meeting this deadline.
Proposers responding to this request for qualifications do so solely at their expense and the Contracting Agency (City) is not responsible for any Proposer expenses associated with the Request for Qualifications.
The City of Milton-Freewater is seeking interested firms to submit a list of pertinent qualifications for completing the design and construction upgrades included but are not limited to new submersible chopper pumps, a rail system for pulling pumps to the top of the well for maintenance with a new electrical panel box with the upgrade for the electrical to the pumps and backup generator. New piping within the wet well from the pumps to the pipe exiting the well will also be required.
