2017 SURPLUS VEHICLE/EQUIPMENT SALE
NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Sealed bids addressed to the City of Milton-Freewater and endorsed “2017 Surplus Vehicle/Equipment Sale” will be received at the Public Works Department, 501 Lamb Street, PO Box 6, Milton-Freewater, Oregon 97862 until 2:30 p.m. on November 9, 2017, and thereafter will be publicly opened and read aloud.
Bids are invited for the purchase of the following:

| Toro Greens Mower | Toro Trim Mower | 1999 Chevrolet Lumina |
| 1947 Ford Fire Truck | 2006 Ford Crown Victoria | Slide-In Animal Control Unit |
| Miscellaneous Office Machines/Furniture | Miscellaneous Small Equipment |
Interested bidders may inspect the merchandise by contacting the Public Works Department, 501 Lamb Street between the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. November 6th through 8th. Bid forms will be provided upon request by contacting the Public Works Department at 541-938-8270 or you may email your request to krista.gannon@milton-freewater-or.gov.
Conditions of Sale:
The City of Milton-Freewater reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
All merchandise will be sold “AS IS”.
Upon the acceptance of bid, full payment must be received prior to the release of the item(s).
Acceptable forms of payment include cash, credit/debit card and certified or cashier’s check. No personal checks will be accepted.
It is the responsibility of the successful bidder to collect and remove the item(s) from the City by November 16, 2017 to avoid forfeiture of bid.
