2017 Paving Project STP Fund Exchange Project, Contract 271

The project consists of:

1. Overlaying the following streets:

NE 5th Avenue (Highway 11 west to North Elizabeth Street), East Broadway Avenue (Highway 11 west through intersection at North Elizabeth Street), East Broadway Avenue (from North Elizabeth west to intersection at Main Street), NE 8th Avenue (North Elizabeth intersection west to Main Street, Cowl Street (NE 8th north to Dead End), Davis Street (SW 8th Avenue south to SW 12th Avenue), Miller Street (NE 1st Avenue North to NE 4th Avenue), Miller Street (NE 4th Avenue North to Dead End), NW 6th (Evans Street west to Lamb Street), SE 12th Avenue (Chestnut Street west to South Mill Street), Chestnut (SE 12th Avenue to Thorn Street). Pre-level over existing asphalt with approximately 1" of 1/4"-0 ACP. Lay top course of approximately 1-1/2" of level 2, 3/8" -0 dense graded ACP.

2. Large area patches listed in bid packet.

3. Paving and/or overlaying of areas of Warehouse parking lot as outlined in bid packet.

Bids must be sealed and conform to all requirements contained within the bid documents and must be accompanied by a bid security as required by ORS 279C.365(4)in the amount of 10% of the amount bid, and must be delivered to Dave Bradshaw, Public Works Superintendent, at the above address by 12:00 p.m. on April 20, 2017 Bids will be publicly opened at the above address on April 20, 2017, at 3:00 o’clock p.m. Faxed bids will not be accepted.
