National Public Safety Telecommunicators Week April 9-15
This week is National Public Safety Telecommunications Week (NPSTW). Held every year during the second week of April, NPSTW is a time to recognize telecommunications personnel in the public safety community for their service and commitment to the profession.
Dispatchers are always there to answer the call, providing an indispensable service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. We would like to extend our appreciation to the dispatchers for the important work they do every day. Please join us in applauding them this week -- or any day of the year-- the heroes behind the scenes.
