Where: Milton-Freewater Police Department Lobby/722 S. Main St.
What: In collaboration with the Drug Enforcement Administration, citizens, both inside and outside the City of Milton-Freewater can dispose of unused, unwanted, un-needed controlled, uncontrolled, and over the counter medications by bringing them to the lobby of the Milton-Freewater Police Department and depositing them into a disposal box.

Medications may be disposed of either in their original packaging, or dumped into the disposal box in loose form; if disposing in a marked prescription container, it is recommended that citizens remove any personal identifying information;
Liquid medications are accepted, preferable in their original container---the owner should ensure that the cap is on and tightly sealed on the container;
