Changes in City operations due to COVID-19 increases in Umatilla County
Due to the increasing COVID-19 cases in Umatilla County the City of Milton-Freewater has the following changes in operations:
1) The City will not be accepting any more new park shelter reservations until further notice.
2) The City’s parks “open green spaces”, walking trails and golf course will remain open. However playground equipment will remain “closed” for the time being, because we do not have the resources and staff to continue to sanitize it as frequently as recommended.
3) The pool will remain open under the current restrictions and the multitude of protocols it currently has in place.
Continue to check the City’s Facebook page and website for changes that will happen when the COVID cases start decreasing
